This LABEL directory contains two files:                                      
                                                                              
  LABINFO.TXT:          The file you are reading now                          
                                                                              
  MCS_RDR.FMT:          The format file for the MCS RDR data products         
                                                                              
The format file MCS_RDR.FMT contains a description of each of the columns in  
the MCS RDR data product file tables.  This file is referenced from the data  
product ".LBL" label files under the DATA directory.  It is provided in the   
LABEL directory instead of under the DATA directory in order to avoid         
needless duplication.
