This LABEL directory contains three files:                                      
                                                                              
  LABINFO.TXT:          The file you are reading now                          
  MCS_DDR1.FMT:         The format file for the MCS DDR data products         
  MCS_DDR2.FMT:         The format file for the MCS DDR data products         

The format files MCS_DDR1.FMT and MCS_DDR2.FMT contain descriptions of each of 
the columns in the MCS DDR data product file tables. These files are referenced 
from the data product ".LBL" label files under the DATA directory. They are provided 
in the LABEL directory instead of under the DATA directory in order to avoid         
needless duplication.
