This directory contains text files of CIRS NESR (Noise Equivalent
Spectral Radiance) measurements. File names give (in order) the year,
focal plane, and spectral resolution of the measurement. Column one is
the wavenumber, in units of cm-1. Column two is the spectral NESR in
units of W m^-2 sr-1/ cm-1. Current files are from 2000, measured
during the Jupiter encounter. NESR were derived as the 1-sigma
standard deviation of IFMs measured on the long-side part of the IFMs,
away from ZPD.
