FTS Report on DOY 141 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation & There were not enough common viewed SV between SPC 10 and SPC 60 on DOY 131 (MJD 54231) % SPC 10 complex-wide data outage and UPS problems on DOY 137 (MJD 54237) wiped out previously accumulated data. $ Time step was introduced at SPC 10 after the receiver came back up on DOY 138 (MJD 54238).
