FTS Report on DOY 148 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation $ Time step was introduced at SPC 10 after the receiver came back up on DOY 138 (MJD 54238). & Frequency adjustment performed at SPC 10 on DOY 146 (MJD 54246). The difference was -6*E-13 seconds. SPC 10 timing came from Maser 2 between DOYs 138 and 146. ! SPC 60 data collected from GPS receiver A starting DOY 145 (MJD 54245)
