FTS Report on DOY 030 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation $ The GPS receiver at Canberra has been failing most of the time, and been tracking normally for at most one day, failing on the next. So far this year, it's been tracking normally on DOYs 23 and 25 (MJDs 54487and 54490). ^ Number obtained from the SPC40 GPS true time. & Direct subtraction between columns (SPC40-NIST) and (SPC10-NIST).
