FTS Report on DOY 095 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation ^ Number obtained from the SPC40 GPS true time. & Direct subtraction between columns (SPC40-NIST) and (SPC10-NIST). % No common-view SVs between SPC 10 and SPC 60 since MJD 54511 and a reset at SPC 10 on MJD 54516 force direct subtraction to be used since MJD 54516. $ On MJD 54549, SPC 60 switched from GPS-B to BPS-A. The string 9999-9999 had been inadvertently recorded in the 2nd and 3rd columns from last. The problem was only discovered and fixed since MJD 54556. Victor Zhang commonview program used to get data. # Scheduled complex wide power outage at SPC 60 to commercial power lead to a reset of the MCA on MJD 54556.
