I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

* Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation
^ Number obtained from the SPC40 GPS true time.
& Direct subtraction between columns (SPC40-NIST) and (SPC10-NIST).
% No common-view SVs between SPC 10 and SPC 60 since MJD 54511 and a reset at SPC 10 on MJD 54516 force direct subtraction to be used since MJD 54516.
