I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

& Direct subtraction between columns (SPC40-NIST) and (SPC10-NIST).
$ Frequency adjustment done at SPC 60 on DOY 183 (MJD 54648) at 0845 UTC, by 4.01*E-13 seconds.
% There were not enough common-view SVs between SPC 60 and SPC 10 for MJD 54550. Direct subtraction was used.
