FTS Report on DOY 221 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation ^ Number obtained from the SPC40 GPS true time, with an offset. & Direct subtraction between columns (SPC40-NIST) and (SPC10-NIST). % There were not enough common-view SVs between SPC 60 and SPC 10. Direct subtraction was used. $ The complex-wide power failure on DOY 214 (MJD 54679) caused the TA computer mother board to fail. The spare TA computer also has a dead mother board. The MA was reset, the difference in frequency was 150 nanoseconds. TA computer was fixed on DOY 220 (MJD 54685). # Extrapolation backward used after the TA computer came back, and a different offset was used.
