FTS Report on DOY 266 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation & Direct subtraction between columns (SPC40-NIST) and (SPC10-NIST). ^ Number obtained from the SPC40 GPS true time, with an offset. % There were not enough common-view SVs between SPC 60 and SPC 10, direct subtraction was used. $ Frequency adjustment was done at SPC 10 on DOY 260 (MJD 54725); the difference was -6*E-13 seconds. ! There was a commercial power failure at SPC 10 on DOY 261 (MJD 54726).
