FTS Report on DOY 284 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation & Direct subtraction between columns (SPC40-NIST) and (SPC10-NIST). ^ Number obtained from the SPC40 GPS true time, with an offset. % There were not enough common-view SVs between SPC 60 and SPC 10, direct subtraction was used. ! SPC 60 receiver failed for 39 hours (MJD 54736/2026 UTC to MJD 54738/1134 UTC). It came back by itself. $ SPC 10 had a scheduled power outage for maintenance. TTR 5 receiver lost all data accumulated from before outage. $ TA computer down, log file for MJD 54740 (DOY 275) was lost. # SPC60 receiver A begins to fail since about MJD 54732. Switched to using receiver B since MJD 54742.
