FTS Report on DOY 315 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation % Direct subtraction was used. $ SPC 10 TTR5 receiver/computer crashed due to lightning on DOY 305. ^ SPC 10 accumulated data was lost. Data computed from TA GPS true time, with an offset of 9 nanoseconds. & SPC 40 receiver incurred a 10 nanosecond step in time after it lost lock for about 1-1/2 minute on DOY 313/0129 UTC.
