FTS Report on DOY 079

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

III.  Comments:
* Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation
^ Both SPC 10 TTR5 receivers failed since DOY 69 (MJD 54900). Data was from GPS true time with an offset.
% SPC40 data from TTR5 receiver don't correlate with data from the Time Analyzer.
