FTS Report on DOY 128 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation ^ Both SPC 10 TTR5 receivers failed since DOY 69 (MJD 54900). ^ SPC 40 receiver also appears to be dead since doy 120 (MJD 54951). Data was from GPS true time with an offset. @ Cable was not plugged back following scheduled upload. SPC 40 receiver keeps failing soon after each reset. & Direct subtraction was used.
