FTS Report on DOY 163

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

III.  Comments:
* Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation
% SPC 40 TTR5 receiver failed between DOYs 149 and 152 (MJDs 54980 and 54983), and again between DOYs 158 and 162 (MJD 
54989 and 54993).

NOTE: As of DOY 135 (MJD 54966) SPC 10 data are from the newly installed multichannel receiver commonview with NIST. 
As of DOY 68 (MJD 54899) data from (SPC40-SPC10) and (SPC60-SPC10) are derived from direct subtraction.
