FTS Report on DOY 189 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation. NOTE: As of DOY 135 (MJD 54966) SPC 10 data are from the newly installed multichannel receiver commonview with NIST. As of DOY 68 (MJD 54899) data from (SPC40-SPC10) and (SPC60-SPC10) are derived from direct subtraction. As of DOY 158 (MJD 54989) SPC 40 TTR5 single-channel receiver failed completely. It failed intermittently between DOY 120 and DOY 158. Interpolation was used for the period of intermittent failure. Since DOY 158, data has been derived from the Time Analyzer with an offet.
