FTS Report on DOY 196 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation. NOTES: As of DOY 135 (MJD 54966) SPC 10 data are from the newly installed multichannel receiver commonview with NIST. As of DOY 68 (MJD 54899) data from (SPC40-SPC10) and (SPC60-SPC10) are derived from direct subtraction. Between DOYs 120 and 158, SPC 40 TTR5 single-channel receiver failed intermittently. Interpolation was used. Then on DOY 158 (MJD 54989), it failed completely. Time offset has been derived at using data from the Time Analyzer.
