FTS Report on DOY 243 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation % There were no common-view SVs between SPC 60 and SPC 10, as well as between SPC 10 and NIST for MJDs 55067-55068. & SPC 10 FTS UPS was power cycled. The master clock was required to be reset, causing a large time step. # On DOY 222, SPC 40 HM1 (Hydrogen Maser) source changed mode and the standard dropped out of lock. HM2 was swapped in until HM1 is sufficiently stable to be put back online. NOTES: As of DOY 135 (MJD 54966) SPC 10 data are from the newly installed multichannel receiver commonview with NIST. As of DOY 212 (MJD 55043) SPC 40 data are from the newly installed multichannel receiver all-in-view with NIST and with SPC 10. FTS Contacts: Connie Dang (626)305-6194 Linh La (626)305-6184
