I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks

is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

NOTES:	As of DOY 135 (MJD 54966) SPC 10 data are from the newly installed multichannel receiver commonviewed with NIST. 
	As of DOY 212 (MJD 55043) SPC 40 data are from the newly installed multichannel receiver all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
