I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

* Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation

NOTES:	As of DOY 135 (MJD 54966) SPC 10 data are from the new multichannel receiver commonviewed with NIST. 
	As of DOY 212 (MJD 55043) SPC 40 data are from the new multichannel receiver all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10. 
	On DOY 321 (MJD 55152) SPC 60 installed the new multichannel receiver. Data is being verified and is not yet used in this report.
