FTS Report on DOY 207

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

III.
Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation.

On DOY 167, it was discovered that the new FTS receivers have been incorrectly calibrated. The time offset could be off by up to 40 to 50 nanoseconds. 
SPC 10 receiver has been recalibrated remotely on DOY 176 (MJD 55372). The time offset was adjusted by 43 nanoseconds. 
SPC 40 and SPC 60 receiver will be recalibrated later.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with NIST and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
