FTS Report on DOY 361 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: * Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation. # On DOY 357/0200 UTC, SPC 40 HM2 (new Symmetricom) was swapped back online. On DOY 167, it was discovered that the new FTS receivers have been incorrectly calibrated. The time offset could be off by up to 40 to 50 nanoseconds. On DOY 176 (MJD 55372), SPC 10 receiver was re-calibrated remotely. The time offset was adjusted by 43 nanoseconds. On DOY 299 (MJD 55495), SPC 40 was put back on HM1 to adjust the VCO on the new Symmetricom Maser. On DOY 273 (MJD 55469), SPC 40 receiver has been recalibrated. The time offset was adjusted by 44.9 nanoseconds. SPC 60 receiver will be recalibrated later. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with NIST and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
