FTS Report on DOY 245 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: @Global power outage in SPC40 on DOY 237 0100 to 1300 UTC. This is to allow for an ordered transition from the old power distribution system to the new 'busducting' system. The MCAs was started and re-synced to GPS time at 1000 UTC, approximately. The offset was less than -70nS. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with NIST and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
