FTS Report on DOY 327

is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
$ On DOY 321 (MJD 55882) SPC 40 HM2 frequency was adjusted by -3*E-13.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with NIST and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
