I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
$ SPC 40 prime frequency standard, old Symmetricom (HM2-264) was swapped to new Symmetricom (HM1-275) on DOY 149/0145 UTC.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with NIST and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
