FTS Report on DOY 160

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(NIST).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
% SPC 10 1 PPS generator failed DOY 151/1630 UTC. 
# SPC 10 MCA failed on DOY 153/2210 UTC. The Frequency Reference Distribution(FRD)failed, cutting off the 100 MHZ supply. It was  restored at 2346 UTC, same day.
@ SPC 10 1 PPS generator was restored DOY 156/2112 UTC.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with NIST and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
