Comments: 
# There was no data from NIST for whole days. Values were extrapolated from previous 10 days (56261 to 56270).
$ NIST data came back at 56271/2034 UTC. 

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with NIST and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with NIST and with SPC 10.
