FTS Report on DOY 354

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
# The time shift which occurred on DOY 346 (MJD 56272) turned out to be due to a software glitch. 
$ The software glitch was fixed on DOY 349 (MJD 56275). The three days of bad data may be fixed in the future.
% Frequency Offset from linear least-squares fits on time-offsets over the period from 56275 to 56279.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
