FTS Report on DOY 100 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: @ Following the SPC 10 scheduled power outage on DOY 097 (MJD 56389) the Master Clock was recovered to -0.63 microseconds relative to USNO. #### SPC10 frequency offset and drift was not affected by the power outage. SPC10 frequency offset with respect to USNO for this reporting period is assumed to remain unchanged at *approximately* -1.0E-13. Publication of the SPC10 frequency offset will resume following at least 3 days valid time offset data after the discontinuity. $ SPC 10 time offset was estimated from the discontinuity. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
