FTS Report on DOY 158

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
Scheduled power outage may have brought the GPS receivers down for almost two days from DOY 155/2030 UTC thru DOY 157/2110 UTC.
SPC 10 offset data for DOY 156 (MJD 56448) was extrapolated from previous 10 days.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
