FTS Report on DOY 177 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: # SPC 10 scheduled power outage on DOY 170 (MJD 56462) forced a time shift of about 1.5 microseconds. The frequency was also adjusted by 2.5*E-13 on DOY 171/1700 UTC. During the 12 hour period right after the power recovered, the frequency offset was inadvertently set to 1.2*E-12. ^ SPC 10 frequency offset was calculated from MJD 56463 thru 56468. @ On DOY 175/0100 UTC, SPC 40 cable maintenance may have caused the Master Clocks to experience a time drift of about 100 nanoseconds. % SPC 60 frequency was adjusted by 5.7*E-13 on DOY 171 (MJD 56463). $ SPC 60 frequency offset was calculated from MJD 56464 thru 56468. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
