Comments: @ On DOY 175/0100 UTC, SPC 40 cable maintenance may have caused the Master Clocks to experience a time drift of about 100 nanoseconds. & SPC 40 frequency offsets was calculated from MJD 56468 thru 56473. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
