FTS Report on DOY 198 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: @ SPC 10 Master Clock was reset following a planned station power outage on DOY 197 (MJD 56489). The reported time offset for DOY 197 has been computed from the average of the last 4 hours of that day. The time was shifted by about -0.35 microseconds. % Time offset is estimated based on the SPC10 current frequency drifting of about 2*E-13. #### SPC10 frequency offset and drift was not affected by the power outage. SPC10 frequency offset with respect to USNO for this reporting period is assumed to remain unchanged at *approximately* 2.0E-13. Publication of the SPC10 frequency offset will resume following at least 3 days valid time offset data after the discontinuity. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
