FTS Report on DOY 207 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: @ SPC 10 Master Clock was reset following a planned station power outage on DOY 197 (MJD 56489). The reported time offset for DOY 197 has been computed from the average of the last 4 hours of that day. The time was shifted by about -0.35 microseconds. # SPC 10 frequency offset was calculated from MJDs 56490 to 56498. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
