FTS Report on DOY 087

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments:  $ SPC 10 online HM2 frequency was adjusted by 5.5*E-13 on DOY 077 (MJD 56734)/2006 UTC. SPC 10 related predicted time offsets and frequency offsets are calculated from MJD 56735 to 56743.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
