FTS Report on DOY 160

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: # SPC 60 receiver A computer failed DOY 155, receiver B has not been recording for more than one month. 
Data for 56812 and 56813 were extrapolated from previous 10 days. Data since 56814 has been from receiver B.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
