FTS Report on DOY 230

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: # On DOY 226 (MJD 56883) SPC 60 online Hydrogen maser, HM-263, frequency was adjusted by 5.5*E-13.SPC 60 predicted time offsets and frequency offsets were calculated from DOY 227 (MJD 56884)

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
