FTS Report on DOY 255

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: @ On DOY 246 (MJD 56903) SPC 10 data loss due to laptop change over, extrapolation for the missing data.  



NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
