FTS Report on DOY 023

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
# For some reasons still unknown, all three DSN FTS GPS receivers stopped recording data over one to three days (57043 to 57045). Data for the missing dates were extrapolated from previous 9-10 days.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
