I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: # SPC 40 HM2 (symmetricom) was swapped online on DOY 69 (MJD 57091) at 0900 UTC. SPC 40 related frequency offsets have been calculated from 57091.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
