FTS Report on DOY 177 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: # SPC 10 computers (both GPSA and GPSB) were automatically rebooted on DOY 162 (MJD 57184), unbeknown to FTS personnel. The receivers were not restarted, causing data gap from MJD 57184 thru 57187. GPSB receiver was recovered partially, only recorded 2 to 3 hours at end of each day (57188 and 57189). Data continued to be extrapolated. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10. FTS Contacts: Connie Dang (626)305-6194 :: Linh La (626)305-6184 Page 1
