is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: ! SPC 60 online Maser (HMA-1) was adjusted by 6*E-13 on DOY 211 (MJD 57233) at about 1312 UTC.SPC 60 frequency offsets were calculated from DOY 212.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
