Comments: 
$ On DOY 240 (MJD 57262) SPC 60 HM2 (HM-263) was swapped to be online.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
