Comments: 
# On DOY 254 (MJD 57276) SPC 60 HM1 (HM-295) Hydrogen Maser was switched back online.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
