FTS Report on DOY 282

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
# On DOY 272 (MJD 57294) SPC 10 online maser frequency was adjusted by 4.5*E-13. 
SPC 10 related frequency was calculated from MJD 57294.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
