Comments: # An un-expected power outage at SPC 10 on DOY 351 (MJD 57373) necessitated the GPS receivers to be restarted. There was a time offset of about 42 nanoseconds. SPC10 frequency offsets were calculated from DOY 352. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
