FTS Report on DOY 216

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: $ SPC 10 HM300 online maser frequency was adjusted by 6.5*E-13 on DOY 207 (MJD 57594)/1524 UTC. $ SPC 10 related frequency offsets were calculated since MJD 57595.# SPC 60 online maser frequency was adjusted by 6*E-13 on DOY 210 (MJD 57597).# SPC 60 related frequency offsets were calculated since MJD 57597.

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
