FTS Report on DOY 267

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: On DOY 257 (MJD 57644) SPC 10 online Hydrogen Maser frequency was adjusted by +3*E-13. 

SPC 10-related frequency offsets were calculated from DOY 258 (MJD 57645).

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
