FTS Report on DOY 002 I. The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO). The offset is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view. Comments: # The leap second scheduled to occur on DOY 366, 2016 was not applied to the station Master Clock at SPC-10.Station time was re-synced to UTC on DOY 004, 2017 at approximately 1905Z. For DOY 001, 002, 003 and 004 up until ~1905Z, the ACTUAL station time offset at SPC-10 was 1 second plus the reported microsecond time offset. NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers. SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other. SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
